1. What are your normal factory operation hours?   

24 hours 7 days for tooling and production.

2. What is your standard lead time?

For new product development, usually 1-3 months.

For prototyping, usually 3-7 days.

For mold making, usually 30-50 days. For large and complex mold, it needs more than 2 months.

3. How do you protect customer’s intellectual property?

We very respect customer’s intellectual property. Usually we sign NDA to make customer’s project protected.

4. What is your payment term?
T/T. PayPal for small amount.

For mold, usually 60% deposit with PO, 40% after samples approved before shipping.

For prototypes, usually 100% deposit.

5. What types of CAD systems do you use?
Auto-CAD, Pro-e,Solid-works,UG, etc.

6. What types of plastic injection molds are you skilled at ?
Molds for automotive parts, Molds for industrial parts, Molds for home appliance parts, other molds for large parts.

7. What kind of steel do you use for molds?
We nearly can use all types of steel appointed by customer. Usually we use H13, 718, S136, P20, 45#, 2738, NAK80 etc. The brands are China LKM, Sweden ASSAB, Germany EDEL, Japan DAIDO etc.

8. What kind of hot-runner you use?
YUDO, HASCO, DME, and others as you demand.

9. What tolerances can you reach?
For the mold, tolerance we can reach is +/- 0.005mm. For the parts, it is +/- 0.02mm.

10. How to approve samples for us？

- We usually send samples to customer for approval by DHL, TNT, FeDex or other express company.

- We also can take video for mold trail and do dimension inspection report if customer requires.

- Customer also can visit us to see mold trial and check the samples in person.

11. What is the size of your plastic injection molding machines?     

From 44 to 650 ton. We can molding plastic parts ranging from less than 1 gram to maximum 50kgs.

12. How do you package the plastic parts or products?
Plastic parts or products are wrapped in PE bags and packed in standard cardboard cartons. Of course, we can also package them in a way you demand.

13.Do you provide after-sales service for molds?

Yes, we provide after-sales service and technical support for customer. Any problems, we can assist customer to solve via emails, phone, Skype talking or meeting, etc.
