Injection Molding
With comprehensive range of injection molding capabilities, MRP can meet customers’ diverse requirements. The molding processes we experienced include: general injection molding, insert molding, over molding, 2 shot / color molding. We not only do high volume molding production, small volume production are welcomed as well.

Plastic Injection Machines
Whatever small parts or large parts, we can meet your need by using of various injection machines, ranging in size from 25 to 400 tons. Our shot capacity is less than 1 gram to maximum 50 kgs per cycle.

Raw Materials
We select and source high-quality materials from proven suppliers, and have experience in molding most thermoplastics on the market, including PP, ABS, PC, PA, POM, PA/ABS, PC/ABS, Glass Fiber filled or unfilled, HDPE, LDPE, etc. We understand that different parts are acceptable for different countries or areas. Our molded parts can reach at standards, such as FDA, CE, and so on.

Automation
For high volume production, we use automated robot in molding process for high efficiency and good quality.
